What started as one small take-away bagel shop in Bondi has now grown into 3 locations, a retail line, baked goods and so much more to come.

started by Candy and Gaia in 2019. Who both have great-grandparents who ran delis in London, it felt like it was meant to be. our commitment is to created recipes baked in tradition, using the highest quality ingredients and ensure we always deliver the best of the best.
